A Message from the CEO for 2022
As another year comes to a close, it can seem that time is just flying by, but then I think about everything that this company has achieved in the last year. I marvel at how we’ve managed to fit in all of our achievements and hard work into just twelve months.
Before I look back on 2021 in more detail and look to the future, I would like to talk about our past. Yebo has been on a transformational journey that has given us a strategic advantage, particularly in today’s environment. We started this company in 2010 with just a handful of employees in a little office in Santa Ana. Since then we have continued to grow every year. Moving our office 3 times and in late 2019 we moved into our new home in Tustin, and despite what 2020 brought us, we continued to grow. Even in uncertain times, Yebo has always delivered the same great quality that our customers have come to expect. As the world begins to open back up, Yebo has been able to help businesses big and small thrive.
This last year has been no different. We took this year in leaps and bounds. Not only by growing our team to over 115 but also by our production capabilities and commitments to our customers. We have evolved to include new packaging procedures and capabilities.
It has truly filled my heart with joy to know that our growth is because of the trust our customers have in us and the dedication of the team to our customers. Not everyone can say they work with a team that are as self-motivated and driven to performing with excellence every single day. This constant determination and growth are why Yebo remains a leader in the packaging industry. This had made me confident that we will continue to conquer the new year as a team.
